Discovery Call
Let's connect!
Book your free Discovery Call using the link below. The call will last about 40 minutes and it's important to ensure you are in a quiet calm environment to make the session as productive as possible. We will discuss your concerns and hopes around your child, and how I can help you.
This is your chance to ask any questions you have, find out more about the course structure, my coaching style and expectations. This is also where we can discuss pricing and payments plans.
Finding the right connection for coaches and clients is important and it has to feel right. I only take on a small number of clients each month so I can give the best quality support. If we feel like we're a good fit for each other then we'll discuss the next steps!
Looking forward to getting to know you and your teen!
Coaching for Pre-Teens and Teenagers
Everyone benefits from coaching with the right person. I typically work with pre-teens and teenagers and find that in most cases, at least ten sessions are recommended to make big breakthroughs. There are numerous reasons someone may reach out to me to support their child. Maybe it's exam stress, perhaps low mood, anxiety, disorganisation, goal setting, friendships, or maybe they just want to give them the gift of building a positive mindset that lasts through adulthood.
I currently offer three signature coaching containers but if they don't feel the right fit for your child, that is not a problem. I will happily tailor sessions specifically for him or her.
Reaching the Stars

She Rises!
'She Rises' is developed specifically for girls who feel like they're really struggling to stay afloat. It is an intensive 3 month programme for young ladies who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed and self-critical, and are ready to transform negative cycles into positive ones. With daily personal check-ins, regular one to one coaching calls, and a host of coaching tools including breath work, body-mind connection, and goal setting, clients can accelerate their journeys out of the dark to see light at the end of the tunnel.
It doesn’t always have to be like this, and it won’t always be like this. Together we rise!
Below is the structure I usually work within. I keep it responsive to what your daughter needs week by week, but the overall shape is consistent: we begin with higher support to stabilise and build safety, then gradually reduce intensity as she becomes more confident using the tools independently.
Programme aim (12 weeks)
This programme is designed to help your daughter move from intense self-criticism and over‑pressure into steadier self-worth, healthier expectations, and reliable coping strategies.
Core outcomes we’ll work towards:
- A kinder internal voice and practical self-compassion skills (self-love in a grounded, usable way)
- Reduced intensity/frequency of “worthless / giving up” spirals, and quicker recovery when they happen
- Healthier boundaries with work/achievement and more sustainable routines
- Increased ability to ask for help and receive care without guilt
- A “life-ready” toolkit: coping plan, support map, and a plan for difficult weeks
How the 3‑month programme typically develops:
Phase 1 (Weeks 1–4): Stabilise + safety + self-compassion foundations
Focus:emotional safety, reducing overwhelm, and building tools quickly.
Typical support level (higher contact):
- Coaching calls: up to 3 x 60-minute calls per week at the start (as needed)
- Daily check-ins: brief daily message check-in (1–5 minutes)
- Voice notes and messages: short voice notes and messages are available for support/grounding between sessions
Work in this phase includes:
- Understanding her patterns (inner critic, perfectionism/overworking cycle, triggers)
- Building a simple “traffic light” check-in system (green/amber/red) so she can communicate quickly when she’s struggling
- Starting self-compassion and self-respect practices that are practical and realistic
- Focusing on allowing support: letting others care for her, asking for help earlier, and reducing shame around needing support
- Establishing a minimum sustainable routine that protects sleep/food/rest (without adding pressure)
Phase 2 (Weeks 5–8): Boundaries + sustainable drive + rebuilding self-worth
Focus: shifting from “my worth = performance” into healthier standards and boundaries.
Typical support level (moderate contact):
- Coaching calls: usually 1–2 x 60-minute calls per week
- Check-ins: typically reduce to 3–5 times per week, depending on how stable she feels
Work in this phase includes:
- Values-based goals (who she wants to be at uni, not just what she wants to achieve)
- Boundaries around overworking: defining “enough”, rest without guilt, realistic planning
- Strengthening self-worth: reducing comparison, building self-trust, evidence of progress
- Communication tools for asking for support and expressing needs clearly
Phase 3 (Weeks 9–12): Transition + independence + maintenance plan
Focus: making the support transferable so she feels capable and independent to take on any upcoming changes, events or trips.
Typical support level (lighter contact):
- Coaching calls: usually weekly 60-minute calls
- Check-ins: typically 1–3 times per week, moving towards self-led tracking
Work in this phase includes:
- A practical transition plan (routine, workload balance, social pressure, etc)
- A support map: who she will contact at if she’s struggling (student support, GP, counselling services, trusted people)
- A “tough week plan”: early warning signs + what to do in the first 24 hours
- Consolidating her tools into a simple personal toolkit she can rely on.
- Building powerful foundations for a fulfilling and successful life without the fear.
How I assess the appropriate level of intervention as she progresses
I review support needs continuously, and adjust based on:
- Overwhelm/risk level: how intense the self-hating thoughts feel, and whether she’s slipping into “giving up” thinking
- Functioning + recovery time: not whether she has a hard day (everyone does), but how quickly she can stabilise and re-engage
- Skill uptake: whether she’s using the tools independently and they’re helping
The intention is always: more support at the start to stabilise, then a gradual step-down as she becomes more confident and self-led, so she’s not reliant on high-frequency contact.
Weekly parent updates (email)
I’m also happy to send a brief weekly email update to parents summarising:
- the general themes we’re working on that week
- what skills/tools she’s practising
- any practical ways you can best support her at home

'Reaching the Stars' is a 12 week online course for teenagers focusing on mindset, goal setting, and academic success. When clients start they often report they are feeling stressed, anxious and overwhelmed. Sometimes they are frustrated, feeling misunderstood and lost.
The course structure begins by looking at stepping out of the comfort zone, how to set manageable goals and working on confidence and happiness. We then move onto organisational skills, pathways and tools to success and bodymind techniques which can be used for the rest of their lives. By the end of the course, teens are ready to take on their academic and life journeys feeling positive, enthusiastic and resilient.
Parents in turn are supported and kept in the loop with weekly topics and how they can support progress being made at home. Often this coaching has a positive impact on the whole family as young people and their parents learn how to understand themselves and each other better. Relationships strengthen, life becomes easier, and positivity lifts everyone's spirits.
There are 12 main modules we cover in the programme. These comprise video training, weekly one to one calls, PDF resources and personalised learning plans. Spaces are limited so schedule to book your complimentary Discovery Call to find out more!
